Founded in Venice in 1980 by four brothers who inherited their father’s passion for bronze sculpting, Bortoletti Fonderia Artistica brings the traditions of Venetian craftsmanship into the world of writing and the rituals that surround it.
Writing instruments, wax seals, letter openers and desk accessories are made by hand, bringing together bronze, Murano glass and wood. The interplay of materials, colour and detail gives these everyday objects a distinctive character.
What we particularly value about Bortoletti is its ability to make traditional rituals feel relevant again. Writing by hand, sealing a letter or opening one becomes an experience in itself - a small moment of ceremony in an increasingly digital world.
